RBV Birkmann - CakeMelts White
Easily portioned drops for icing CakePops, cakes, biscuits and more. Melting the icing is easier than using couverture and chocolate: Simply heat in a microwave oven at 800 watts for two and a half minutes, stirring several times, or melt in a bain-marie. For thinner icing, add a few drops of rapeseed oil; for thicker icing add a few drops of water. CakeMelts can be mixed with one another and with RBV Birkmann food colouring. Hydrogenated vegetable fat with nature-identical vanilla flavouring; keeps for at least eight months after delivery.
