ingredients:
Coriander, cumin, turmeric, ginger, mustard seeds, fenugreek, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, chilli, pepper and curry leaves

Directions for use

1. Grind the whole packet. Use e.g. a mortar.
2. Usage: As a marinade - take the grinded spice blend and mix it with liquid (e.g. oil). Marinade fish, meat or vegetables at least 12 hrs.
   As spice - season the grinded spice blend to taste any kind of sauce or gravy.
