The Margrethe-bowl is designed for Rosti in 1954 by Sigvard Bernadotte and Acton Bjørn and it is named after the crown pricess at that time, Margrethe of Denamrk. This new range of bowls is made of Durable porcelain which is stronger than normal porcelain. Durable porcelain can be used for every day use, in dishwasher, freezer, microwave and owen. This most popular size mixing bowl is ideal for mixing larger amounts of dough/batter or whipping cream.
