The Elastomoule for Canelés is specially designed to make these famous pastries from Bordeaux. Featuring the typical shape and traditional size, the mould also diffuses and transmits heat ideally, enabling excellent caramelization of the Canelés, which turn a wonderful colour and release an explosion of authentic flavours, as with traditional copper moulds. It can be used for hot and cold preparations alike, it can be used to cold form desserts (mousses, creams, flans, jellies) with an original style. For baking, it can only be used in traditional ovens.

For baking, it can only be used in a traditional oven. Place the tray on a rack or perforated baking tray for perfect heat convection. Each tray comes with a recipe card prepared by MOFs and/or Pastry World Champions. We advise you to wash your Elastomoule mould by hand with warm water and washing-up liquid.
