Pöschel`s Pasta Flour

Pöschel's Pasta Flour is simple and 100% successful. Made from southern Italian semola. For the perfect preparation of many pasta varieties, such as lasagna, ravioli and sliced noodles. Available in 3 varieties: classic, spinach and chocolate.

You need:
1 packet of Pöschel's Pasta Flour / 2 eggs / water / 1 bowl / 1 tablespoon

Just get started:
Place eggs in a measuring cup and make up to 200 ml with water. In a bowl mix pasty flour and water-egg mixture with the tablespoon until the liquid is absorbed. Now knead by hand about 2 minutes on the work surface to a dough ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and let chill for 10 minutes. Cut the dough ball into finger-thick slices and flatten them by hand. Roll out gradually thinner with the pasta machine. Then form your desired paste from the rolled-out dough. Cook the pasta in plenty of water for 2 minutes.

Drain through a sieve, serve and enjoy.
