Manufacturing:
All products are manufactured in a factory in Northern Germany. The procedure has been improved over many years and again. It is now a well-kept secret. Betrayed is just that a particularly careful handling of the fruit makes sure to keep the flavor and coloring substances still almost completely intact.

Ingredients:
It will be used exclusively to each fruit, sugar and vinegar. Color and flavoring agents or other additives are not used.

Application:
Classical applications include sauces, marinades or dressings. Creativity knows no limits, however. "Strawberry & Vinegar" fits perfectly with fruit salad, corn salad, mascarpone cream, ... .

Recipe: Preparation of fried potato salad 2 people

Ingredients for the fried potato salad:

  • 450g triplets
  • salt
  • 1 apple
  • 1 tomato
  • 50g feta
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp Fruchtwerker "Apple & Vinegar"
  • 1 pinch of medium-hot mustard
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 6 stems of basil
  • Also pepper and nutmeg

Ingredients for the chicken strips

  • 300g chicken breast fillet
  • 100g tortilla chips
  • 1 egg
  • 25g flour pepper
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Preparation of fried potato salad

Wash the potatoes, cook them in salted water for approx. 15 minutes, drain them and leave to cool. In the meantime, quarter the apple and cut into wedges without the core. Quarter and core the tomato and cut into strips. Roughly crumble the feta. Peel the onion and cut into rings. Heat the oil in a pan, cut the potatoes in half and fry for approx. 10 minutes. Fry the onion and apple for the last 2 minutes. Let everything cool in a bowl. Whisk the fruit plant "Apple & Vinegar" with mustard and olive oil and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Wash the basil, shake dry, cut the leaves into fine strips. Mix all salad ingredients with the dressing and season with salt and pepper.

Preparation of chicken strips

Cut the chicken breast into strips. Crumble the tortilla chips. Prepare a plate of whisked eu, one with flour and one with tortilla chips. Pepper the chicken strips and turn them first in the flour, then in the egg and finally in the chips, then bread again with the egg and chips. Fry the chicken strips in the oil until golden brown, serve with potato salad and ketchup.
