The perfect sauce is the crowning glory of every meal. And so that it is child's play, there is the saucepan from the Alba series by BALLARINI. Thanks to a new process, BALLARINI was able to use the Keravis Ti-X coating, which is particularly robust thanks to an additional titanium layer. Their non-stick properties are revolutionary and allow cooking with very little oil or fat. And no matter how many sauces or small dishes you prepare in the pot: The hard-wearing non-stick coating stays like new for a long time. You can even use metal kitchen gadgets for stirring. With the ergonomic stainless steel handle, you can easily transfer the contents of the pot or move them on the hob. The elegant V-design of the handle was developed by the internationally known designers Matteo Thun and Antonio Rodriguez in Milan and the handle stays cool longer thanks to the special V-shape.

 

Steel rivets, which securely connect the handle to the pot, ensure maximum stability. Due to the bimetal base made of aluminum and steel, the pot gets hot particularly quickly and is suitable for use on induction stoves. However, it can also be used on electric and gas stoves and glass ceramic hobs. The saucepan made of cold forged aluminum is powder-coated on the outside in black and has a diameter of 16 cm. After cooking, simply clean the pot with a soft sponge.

Ballarini Alba


Thanks to a new process, Ballarini has developed a seal with the Ti-X coating, which is even more resistant thanks to an additional titanium layer. Potential wear and tear on the pan surface is reduced to a minimum with the Ti-X coating.
The pan in cast look has a pan body made of cold forged aluminum. The induction base is characterized by extremely fast heat absorption on all types of stoves thanks to the combination of aluminum rivets and steel plate. This quickly reaches the heat required for frying.
V handle. The heat is distributed over two bars by the pan body. Due to the all-round ventilation of the two bars, the handle at the rear end heats up much more slowly than is the case with conventional handles.
