Riess CLASSIC - Professional baker - Cake mold

Sachertorte, Linzertorte, Malakofftorte ...... all these and many other delicious cakes succeed in the round enamel cake mold by Riess.

The lifting base of the mold is easy to insert into the rim and after baking is also easy to press upwards to lift the cake out of the mold. (see tip below)

The round enamel cake pan is sturdy, durable and easy to clean. The edge of the cake pan is curved - in enamel language, this is called a beaded edge. The iron core distributes the heat evenly - for particularly good baking results. And cleaning is very easy thanks to the non-porous smooth surface.

The material enamel consists of iron fused with glass at high temperatures, i.e. natural raw materials. Our enamel cookware can be used on all types of stoves (gas, electric, glass ceramic, induction and even over open fire). Thanks to the iron core, heat is quickly conducted and then stored: for sustainable, energy-saving cooking.

Perfect hygiene is guaranteed by the non-porous, smooth surface made of glass. This is aroma-neutral and bacteria-inhibiting and also easy to clean. When used properly and cared for correctly, enamelware gives long-lasting pleasure and retains its typical shine.

Tip: Always grease the enamel baking dish well and sprinkle with flour or crumbs before filling with the batter. This prevents the cake from sticking and makes it easy to remove from the mold.

To unmold, place the cake pan on a half-height container (smaller than the diameter of the pan) and carefully pull down the edge of the cake, before doing so use a cake spatula to loosen the cake from the edge of the pan.
