Coffee tradition has high priority in Saxony (Germany). The high-quality beans of the Culinaris coffees are roasted daily (according to the need) in a small coffee-roasting plant and are packed by hand.
Quality assurance occurs through regular check beginning with the raw material up to the test of the achieved qualities. Technical perfection, e.g. with the roasting and cooling by air to prevent a postroasting, is alway given high priority. Only coffee beans of the best cultivating countries are used for our Culinaris Coffee.
